How to Take a Beautiful Picture of the Moon by Your Phone

MiddleAutumnFestival

I taked this picture yesterday, it was Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival yesterday, and the moon is bigest & fully circular in people’s eyes.

I just used an iPhone to take this picture, not a digital camera or a DSLR, it seems so pretty, isn’t it?

  1. Turn off the flsh.
  2. Use a high ISO, at least 400.
  3. Touch the screen, focus to a dark place, so camera will automatically increase the exposure time.
  4. Use a tripod or place your phone on a fixed place to reduce the blurriness caused by shaking.
  5. Try to use manual mode if it is supported by your phone, set exposure time to 1-2 seconds, so that you can get an effect of traffic flow.
