Soultion 1: Use another power supply to replace the one need to be tested.
Solution 2: If you haven’t another power supply, you can
- Prepare a little copper wire or a paper clip or anything that is electric conduction.
- Connect the green and any of black wire line with the copper wire in the 24pin (or 20pin) socket of the power supply.
- If the fan works, the power supply works ok, and vice versa.
